Management of VTB Group

VTB Group is a systematically important Russian financial group with an international presence in more than 20 countries. VTB currently holds a 50% shareholder interest in each of 12 credit institutions that possess full banking licenses (pursuant to the laws of their respective countries), as well as nine financial institutions (these are facilities that are not classified as credit institutions, but which do offer banking services).

Management Board of VTB Group

The Chairman of the Management Board, as an individual, and the VTB Board, as a collective executive body of the Bank, are responsible for the daily operations of VTB. Andrej L. Kostin is President, Chairman of the Management Board and Member of the Supervisory Board. He is accompanied by two First Deputy Chairmen: Yuri A. Soloviev and Vasily N. Titow.
