Chairman of the Management Board

Igor Strehl was born in 1968 in Yartsevo (Russia), and graduated in 1991 from the Plekhanov Institute of Economic Studies in Moscow. After completing a management course at the Rostock Chamber of Commerce and a training program at Commerzbank, Mr. Strehl moved to the Department of CIS & Baltic States at Commerzbank AG in Frankfurt am Main at the end of 1993. Since 1998, Mr. Strehl has taken on a variety of responsibilities and functions at Commerzbank (Eurasia) ZAO in Moscow, which included Corporate Banking. As Board Member, Mr. Strehl was most recently appointed Deputy Director of Commerzbank ZAO in Moscow. In February 2007, he became a member of the Management Board of VTB Bank (Deutschland) AG, and then Chairman of the Management Board in June 2007. He was appointed to the Management Board of VTB Bank (Austria) in Vienna in November 2010, and has acted as Chairman of the Management Board since March 17, 2011

Management Board Member; Deputy Chairman

Christian Müllner was born in Vienna in 1971, and studied Management and Controlling at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. While still a graduate student in 1993, he built upon his exposure to the IT and Financial industries through professional experience. After positions at Bank Austria, the Austrian Controller Institute, Raiffeisen Data Service Center GmbH and ex-IT EDV-Consulting GmbH, in 2003 Mr. Müllner became Project Manager and Key Accountant for the Banking and Risk Management Solutions Departments at the PXP Finance Solutions GmbH. In August 2005, Christian Müllner became Head of Risk Management at VTB Bank (Austria). He was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board on February 1, 2011.

Chief Operating Officer

Peer Köbbel was born 1969 in Essen. After graduating from secondary school (Gymnasium), he enrolled at a two-year commercial college in Dortmund. Mr. Köbbel completed specialist training as a chartered accountant, and then began a degree program in economics, while also maintaining full-time employment. He graduated from the University of Tübingen in 1999 with a dissertation on Corporate Tax Management. Thereafter, he started his banking career at Leonberger Bausparkasse AG (which later merged with Wüstenrot Bausparkasse AG of Ludwigsburg). In April 2008, Mr. Köbbel accepted the position as Head of Accounting at VTB Bank (Deutschland) AG, and was recently its Chief Representative. In January 2011, he joined VTB Bank (Austria) in Vienna as its Chief Operating Officer.
