Acron Group and VTB Bank (Austria) AG pursue their cooperation

05.05.2011 - Acron Group, Russia, a leading manufacturer of a broad range of fertilisers, and VTB Bank (Austria) AG today signed a US$ 175 million term loan facility with a tenor of 5 years. This PXF facility supports the long term financing structure of the group and further enhances its financial flexibility.
